Greg comes to WFC as one of the founding members of the business and serves as a board member for the AFA… As a former commercial trawler fishing and CEO of the Westward Seafoods Inc, Greg has been with the fishing industry for years. Outside of the industry, Greg operates helicopters.
President
As President of the WFC and head engineer for the Chelsea K, Marcus has been with the company since 33 years ago. As a maritime person. Marcus enjoys Costco runs.
Vice President, Finance
Elizabeth started with WFC in 2009 and leads the Accounting and
Finance divisions of the company. She has 35+ years of experience in
accounting and finance including time in the Joint Venture and Onshore
Processing pollock sectors. Elizabeth is active in the seafood and marine
sectors including board positions at Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers and
United Catcher Boats. She is active in the Seattle Propeller Club and the
Resource Development Council of Alaska. In addition to her finance
duties, Elizabeth is engaged in the companies legislative and regulatory
affairs and regularly attends the North Pacific Fisheries Management Council
meeting and sits on various Committees and ad hoc groups.
Vice President, Alaska Operations Westward Fleet Cooperative Manager
Tim brings vertical experience starting at a shoreside plant as a processor, stepping up to HR and then Vessel Accountant to his role as VP of Alaska Operations/Westward Fleet Cooperative Manager. In this position, Tim serves as the vital link between the fleet, processor, and owners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. His role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, from providing logistical support to offering invaluable vessel assistance to the fleet.
Controller
Jonathan comes to Westward Fishing Company as a previous resident of Alaska having over 11 years’ experience working as an accountant with the State of Alaska government sector in Juneau. As the controller for WFC, Jonathan works closely with the day-to-day financial operations for the various vessels managed. Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, along with his two English bulldogs, Bronze & Onyx, attending art exhibitions and is an avid Seattle Seahawks fanatic.
Accounts Payable Accountant
As an accounting certified professional with over 14 years of extensive experience in Accounts Payable, Shirley brings a wealth of expertise in providing billing and administrative support to Westward Fishing Company. Shirley is a mother of one who spends her down time enjoying the great outdoors of the big Northwest.
Accounts Receivable Accountant
Mastering collection systems laid the groundwork for future endeavors in finance. Having over 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience Cassandra joined the Westward Fishing Company’s team in late 2023. As an art enthusiast she spends her free time creating 2-dimensional art with a varity of mediums, primarily acrylics, on canvas.
